Who we are

propertymanagementbangor.com is an information website about property management in the Bangor, Maine area, operated by an independent small business. We are not a property management company and we do not do any work. We do not currently work with or refer anyone to any property management professional.

What we collect

• Phone calls. This number is an information line only. When you call, you hear a short recorded greeting and the call ends. We do not record calls and we do not collect voice messages. Our phone provider, Twilio, logs the number you called from and the date and time of the call. Before November 4, 2026, messages left on this line may have been recorded; we handle any such recordings as described below.

When you visit this site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use call details only to count calls, to understand what people in Penobscot County need and to improve this site. This phone line is for information only. No one will call you back.

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We do not pass your details to any property management professional. Service providers process data for us: Twilio (phone calls and call details) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep call details, and any recording made before November 4, 2026, only as long as we need them for the purpose above, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

To ask us to delete the details of your call, or any recording made before November 4, 2026, email [email protected] with the number you called from and the approximate date. We accept these requests by email only. California and Nevada residents can use the same email address. We do not sell personal information; if that ever changes, we will update this notice first and give you a way to opt out.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites and we do not allow third parties to do so on this site, so browser Do Not Track signals do not change what we do.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
